Somerset, MA
Somerset was first settled in 1677 and was officially incorporated in 1790. The town currently is a part of Massachusetts' Bristol County. Somerset is located in southeastern Massachusetts, bordered by the towns/cities of Dighton, Fall River and Swansea. It is a distance of 44 miles south of Boston and 20 miles southeast of Providence, RI.
